30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.  

Return Conditions:

  • General Requirements:
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any “free gifts” or bonus items.
    • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and undamaged.
    • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
  • Health & Beauty Products:
    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used health and beauty products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
    • Sealed and unopened health and beauty products can be returned within the 30-day window.
  • Electrical Products:
    • Electrical products must be returned in their original condition, with all components intact.
    • Any signs of misuse, damage from improper installation, or tampering may void the return.
    • Electrical products that are defective will be replaced or refunded.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.  

How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Contact Our Customer Support:

    • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.  
  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    • Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your return.  
  3. Package Your Return:
    • Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and proof of purchase.
    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return:
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.  
  5. Refund or Exchange:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  

Exceptions:

  • Certain products may be excluded from our return policy due to their nature or legal restrictions. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Damaged goods due to customer negligence are not refundable.
