How to Use the Product:

• For adults and children over 16 years, the usual dose is 1 or 2 tablets once daily. A doctor may advise a higher dose of up to 4 tablets daily in certain circumstances.
• Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not chew or crush.
• Take the tablets with or after food to minimize the risk of stomach upset.
